3D Models
Explore interactive 3D models of existing buildings, created from our point-cloud scans. Rotate, zoom and look around each model to see the exact as-built conditions: the facade, roof, windows and surrounding structures. Our Platinum package delivers these models in Revit or ArchiCAD, ready for your design team.
3D Tours
Step inside our 3D tours and walk through each space as if you were there. Each tour is built from a 3D scan of the property, so you can look around every room, see the real layout and finishes, and check the proportions without a site visit. Tours work well for real estate listings, renovation planning and sharing a space with clients or your design team. A 3D tour can be added to any Casabuilt package.
Point Cloud
A point cloud is the raw result of our 3D scan: millions of precisely measured points that capture every wall, floor, stair and window of a building in its true shape and colour. Every drawing we produce, from floor plans to full 3D models, is built from this data, so measurements are accurate and nothing is missed. Point cloud files can also be delivered on their own, for architects, engineers and contractors who want to work directly from the scan.
