From Real Space to Digital Model

01 — SCAN

We visit the property and systematically scan the interior and exterior using advanced  3D laser-scanning technology. The scanner captures millions of measurement points, documenting walls, floors, ceilings, doors, windows, stairs, mechanical systems, and other existing features.

02 — CAPTURE

Multiple scans are completed from different locations throughout the property. These scans capture the building from multiple angles and are combined to create a comprehensive digital record of the existing conditions.

03 — PROCESS

The collected data is processed, aligned, and organized into a detailed 3D point cloud. This point cloud provides a precise digital reference for measuring and documenting the existing building.

04 — MODEL

Using the processed point-cloud data, we prepare accurate as-built floor plans, elevations, sections, and 3D models based on the specific requirements of the project.

05 — DELIVER

The completed as-built drawings and digital files are delivered in the required format, ready for use by designers, engineers, contractors, and property owners.
